2012 BP Competition Announcement

The Foothill Entrepreneur Center (FEC) is dedicated to advancing the economic well-being of the communities that it serves by providing educational training and resources to students and the local business community. FEC goal is to help existing businesses and startups build a solid foundation for rapid growth towards profitability. Successful businesses are vital to a healthy community and they provide employment opportunities to its citizens.

As a result, this year’s annual business competition will focus on existing businesses with between 3 to 50 employees who have a plan to grow their business. The plan would focus on such things as development of a new business idea (i.e., product or service), entry into a new market, or changing their business model. Details of the competition to follow. Announcements will be made at the BEAC meetings on Wednesdays at 12:00 noon in room 3015 on the Foothill main campus.
